1. Services

CZN Code provides software development, design, and consulting services as described on this website and agreed in individual project contracts.

2. Project Engagement

Scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are confirmed in a separate written agreement prior to work beginning.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Full ownership of deliverables transfers upon completion of agreed payments.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients own all custom code, designs, and content delivered as part of a completed, fully paid project.

5. Limitation of Liability

CZN Code is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software beyond the value of the relevant project agreement.

6. Appointment Booking

Booking a consultation via our calendar and WhatsApp integration does not constitute a signed service agreement; it is a request to schedule a conversation.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
